Lindsay Lohan starred in US Film Mean Girls

Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan is to front a new BBC Three documentary which will focus on child trafficking in India. Lohan has travelled across the continent interviewing the people involved in trying to find solutions to the illegal trade. The channel's spring line up includes a series looking at the financial world. The show, fronted by the BBC's business editor Robert Peston, will show young people how to prevent debt. Peston On Money - the working title - will look at how the UK was hit by the largest financial disaster in half a century. Comedian Russell Howard will return with Good News, in which the star scours the media looking for the big stories dominating the news and offering his own perspective on them. Mamma Mia! writer Catherine Johnson has written a TV drama following the lives of two young mothers living in Bristol. Dappers, is one of three new pilots that have been commissioned by the channel as part of its winter and spring season. The other two include Pulse, a horror set in a hospital and Stanley Park, written by Leo Richardson and based on his own stage play. A new comedy panel show called The King Is Dead, fronted by Simon Bird has also been commissioned. And Girls On The Frontline will follow four young women who are serving in the British Army on the front line of the conflict in Afghanistan.
