The traditional red carpet was replaced by a blue one

Celebrities arriving at the premiere of British comedy Hot Fuzz were greeted by a blue rather than traditional red carpet in London's Leicester Square.
The police theme continued with stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, escorted to the cinema by a fleet of motorcycles.
The film is about the coupling of a hotshot London officer with a sleepy village bobby.
It sees the revival of the partnership between Pegg and Frost, which first hit the big screen in Shaun of the Dead.

The film is set in rural Somerset, where Pegg and director Edgar Wright grew up, and follows Londoner Nicholas Angel (played by Pegg) as he teams up with local village policeman Danny Butterman (Frost), to solve a series of murders.
Pegg said he took inspiration for the script, co-written with Wright, from the films he had loved as a child.
"We just write comedy as best we can. The inspiration for the film came from a lot of action movies, a lot of films we've grown up with, but when it comes to jokes you've just got to kind of feel it."

It is a two hour romp. Who doesn't like a romp?

The partnership between Frost and Pegg was kick-started by cult TV sitcom Spaced.
"We've been friends for 15 years and we have a wonderful unspoken bond, I guess, and it transfers to the screen. We love each other and we love working together," said Frost.
He added that the film is "a two hour romp. Who doesn't like a romp?"
The movie sees performances from a variety of well-known faces including Steve Coogan, Bill Nighy, Timothy Dalton and Edward Woodward.
