Brown will be arrested if he returns to Massachusetts

A US judge has ordered the arrest of singer Bobby Brown after he failed to appear in court.
Brown, 37, whose marriage to Whitney Houston is coming to an end, allegedly owes $11,000 (£5,800) in support to children from a former relationship.
Massachusetts judge Paula Carey said Mr Brown's current problems did not negate his other responsibilities.
Ms Houston filed for divorce last month after 14 years of often tumultuous marriage to Mr Brown.
Brown's attorney, Phaedra Parks, said: "It's just a very difficult time for him, as you can well imagine.
"The media is very aware of this very public divorce that's going on right now. It's unfortunate we find ourselves back in Boston on this matter."
Brown found fame as a member of New Edition, and in 1988 had a hit solo album, Don't Be Cruel.
