Sir Elton will save $16,000 (£8,700) a year in taxes if he wins the case

Sir Elton John has filed legal action in the US state of Georgia, claiming that tax authorities overvalued his penthouse apartment in Atlanta.
The singer took legal action against the tax assessors office in Fulton County after they valued his property at $4.6m (£2.5m).
Sir Elton's tax consultant, Craig Klayman, says the figure is too much, and could lead to him paying more tax.
"I just don't see how the county can justify that number," said Klayman.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Wendy Shoob has ordered the two sides to try to resolve the dispute through mediation.
