Terrorism charge teenager bailed

A teenager from County Durham has been bailed after appearing in court charged under the Terrorism Act.

Nicky Davison, 18, of Grampian Way, Annfield Plain, was charged with possessing information useful to committing a terrorist act.

He was arrested with his father Ian, 41, on 2 June. His father was still being questioned by police.

Mr Davison was bailed until 22 June and was ordered by Westminster Magistrates' Court to wear an electronic tag.
