An e-fit of a man suspected of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy in West Sussex has been released by police.

The boy was attacked by the man on the seafront next to the recreation ground off Oval Lane, Selsey.

Det Sgt Sally Arbuckle said: "We believe this is an isolated incident, which has obviously left the boy very shaken."

The image shows a shaven-headed man in his 40s or 50s and of muscular build. He was driving a white van.

Sussex Police said the incident happened at 0230 BST on 1 May but had only just been reported.
