Two sharks eye luxury home buyers
Shark tank
Reinforced glass for the tank was flown in from Germany
Live sharks are being offered for sale with a luxury home in Nottingham.

The owner, property developer Guy Phoenix, likes unusual features and fitted a tank in his house in Mapperley Park after friends challenged him.

Reinforced glass was flown in from Germany for the project and the sharks were brought in from Indonesia.

Mr Phoenix, who is offering the property for £1m, is planning to include a crocodile pool in the next house he puts on the market.

Speaking of his two Indonesian reef sharks he said: "It's a focal point, it's unusual, it's different."

His wife Michelle said she was initially concerned for the couple's two sons Jack and Harrison, aged four and two, but now they all like the novel pets, which the boys have named Pancake and Pancake.
