A memorial has been unveiled on the north Norfolk coast to three young surfers who lost their lives.
The cliff top memorial is a tribute to three young surfers
The memorial is on the clifftop at East Runton, not far from Cromer.
Two of the surfers were friends and lifeguards at Sheringham who both died from cancer.
Adam Battrick was 30 years old. His friend, Matty Smith, was 25.
The third surfer, Andrew Ayres, was killed in a car crash.
All three were regular surfers at East Runton.
The memorial is a weather vane for surfers to see which way the wind is blowing and remember the three friends who surfed there.
Chris Gibbons, who was a friend of the three men, said they would have been really pleased with the memorial.
"I think they'd love it," he said.
