Man charged after attack on boys
A man has been charged with serious sexual offences in connection with an attack on two boys.

An 11-year-old boy and a nine-year-old were allegedly assaulted in Spalding, Lincolnshire, on 23 December.

David Chapman, of Hawthorne Bank, Spalding, appeared at Grantham Magistrates Court on Saturday accused of various sexual offences.

The 19-year-old was remanded in custody to appear at Lincoln Crown Court on 9 January 2006.

He is charged with two counts of sexual assault on a 11-year-old boy, one on a nine-year-old boy, two offences of inciting children to engage in sexual activity and possessing an imitation firearm with intent to commit rape.

Mr Chapman is also accused of a separate offence of inciting an eight-year-old boy to engage in sexual activity between 1 November and 20 December 2005.
