Man is killed at recycling plant

A 59-year-old man has been killed at a waste recycling plant in Kent.

Paramedics and police officers were called to Nordic Recycling in Chatham Docks on Friday afternoon.

Details of what exactly happened and the dead man's identity are being withheld until his next of kin have been informed.

Kent Police and the Health and Safety Executive are investigating. The death of the man - from the Medway area - is not being treated as suspicious.
