Woman named after stabbing death

A woman who was stabbed to death in Canterbury on Saturday has been named by Kent Police.

Jemma Roxanne Loder, 24, of Priest Avenue, died from her injuries after the attack in a house in the Northgate area of the city.

Three men who were injured in the incident are in a stable condition at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital, one of whom is under arrest.

Kent Police said the arrested man is under police supervision.

Officers said the death happened early on Saturday.

They are appealing for anyone who heard a disturbance in the Northgate, Union Street, or North Holmes Road areas to contact them.

Police have said they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the death.
