The BNP has won its first seat on a Worcestershire council.
Labour lost two seats and overall control of Redditch Borough Council, with the BNP and Tories each picking up one seat.
The Conservative party has held control in Worcester. They remain on 18 seats, with Labour up one to 11, three for the Lib Dems and three independents.
Health campaigners in Wyre Forest took a further seat but no party is in control of the authority.
The new council has 18 Conservatives, nine members of Kidderminster Hospital Health Concern (KHHC), plus seven Liberals, four Labour, two Lib Dems and two Independents.
And the new Redditch council has 14 Labour members, 11 Conservative, three Lib Dems and one BNP.
The three authorities affected all have hospitals where hundreds of job losses were announced earlier this month.
There are no elections for the Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Malvern Hills, Bromsgrove and Wychavon councils this year.
