CCTV leaflet protester is fined
Keith Sharp
Mr Sharp has until 26 April to pay the fine
A man has been issued a fixed penalty notice for putting 4,000 leaflets through Dawlish residents' doors complaining about CCTV cameras.

Keith Sharp, 68, of Barton Crescent, said the new cameras were a breach of people's civil liberties.

His campaign started two weeks ago when the 80,000 cameras were turned on.

Police issued Mr Sharp with the 80 fine as they said his leaflets caused "harassment, alarm and distress within the community".

He has until 26 April to pay the fine.
