Boy gets Asbo for 'hedge-hopping'

A 15-year-old boy has received an Asbo for persistent "hedge-hopping".

Stephen Blowes was handed the order for harassing neighbours and causing a nuisance by jumping over garden hedges and fences in Cambridge.

The order imposed by Cambridge magistrates bans the teenager from entering any rear garden in the city without permission from the owner.

Cambridgeshire Police applied for the order as they said they wanted to curb Stephen's rowdy behaviour.

The order also rules he must not create a disturbance or use threatening or abusive behaviour within a designated area of the city's Arbury district, where he lives.
