Elvis fan's tattoo fetish
Keith Eason's back is covered with tattooes of Elvis
Keith Eason has images of Elvis all over his body
A Derbyshire man obsessed with Elvis Presley has had images of the American performer tattooed all over his body.

Keith Eason from Alfreton is so devoted to Elvis that he has 19 tattoos, mostly portraits, spread all over his back.

Mr Eason's flat is also a tribute to Elvis, filled with pictures, CDs, records, plates and other memorabilia.

He estimates he has spent about £2,000 on the tattoos.

Forty sessions

"It is just an obsession, really," said Mr Eason, a "massive fan" of Elvis for 30 years.

The tattoos took 40 sessions - spread over four years - to complete.

Tattooist Dave Warman said Elvis remains very popular, but admitted that Mr Eason had "taken the Elvis theme to the limit."

Mr Eason said: "I have been to Graceland, the home of Elvis, and visited Memphis where he recorded a lot of his albums."

He loves Elvis so much he has even had Graceland tattooed around the lower part of this back.

"I have it (the tattooing) done by the hour and I save up for it. Usually I have them done on the anniversary of his death or his birthday."

Mr Eason said he plans to light a candle at Graceland on the 25th anniversary of Elvis' death on 16 August 2002.
