Radiation death prompts scrap metal review

India's government is considering stricter regulations for the country's scrap industry, after radioactive waste in Delhi killed one man and exposed many others to radiation.

Any changes to the law could have serious implications for the thousands of small dealers and foundries, who specialise in melting down everything from old cars to unused missiles.
