Singapore stimulus 'most intelligent in world'

Although Asia was hit hard by the recession, the economies of this region are bouncing back. They had their own financial crisis in 1997 - it seems the lesson of not over extending was learnt then.

In Singapore the impact of the global crisis can be seen in the losses made by its giant sovereign wealth funds, and the small investors who bought Lehman Brothers products and have yet to get their money back.

The BBC's Mishal Hussein spoke to Kishore Mahbubani, Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
