Waiting for completion day

Propertywatch has been following four families caught up in one property chain in Banbury. It looks like a completion date is near but will Mr Hutchings realise his dream of living on a canal boat, and will the Maycock family get the house they have pinned their hopes on?

Propertywatch, a new series on property prices and the downturn, is broadcast from 11-14 May at 2000 BST on BBC Two.
